We file applications before the competent Offices in each case (SPTO, EUIPO, EPO and WIPO). For registration in certain countries the national legislation requires to be represented by a local agent, through which we file the applications in those countries. We have associated agents all over the world.

We inform about any offcial action that may occur during the procedure of each application, and give advice about the most adecuate defense against Oppositions from third parties or Examiner's objections. Once the application is granted, we will send the Registration Certificate in which the relevant data thereof are reflected.

We defend IP rights before the Patent and Trademark Offices around the world and file Opposition against those records that may affect our clients' registrations. We advise in the preparation and registration of license contracts and negociate agreements with other companies.

We collaborate in the design of corporate image, trademark or product research and development of new products, from our professional point of view as IP Attorneys.

We have expert translators in legal and technical documents, who accurately translate foreing patents to be validated in our country.
